Otter - I bought a 6hp 4hp evinrude as a standby engine for my boat earlier this year - but it's a bit big for wheeching along at 34mph on the bracket! The engine came from a guy who had only used it on the Forth & Clyde canal. I have the owner's manual for the engine and a fuel tank (with gauge) with new connectors. Underneath the engine cowl is immaculate. The prop is undamaged and the engine starts and runs with no problems. I'm in Renfrew, but regularly fish the Inverary area, so could meet you there?
