Is there anyone in C/town that hires out industrial shampoo/carpet cleaner

Jim Martin at the top of Longrow hires them out or at least he did a while back.

Chip from Drumlemble hires one. You could contact him via his dad at the local chippy next to the Ailsa.

You can get one from the dry cleaners too, apparently if you get it on a sat u get to keep it till the monday, works out better if lots to do :D

Not sure if its the same one - but I have hired ones from the Dry Cleaners in Lochgilphead before (think its called a "Rug Doctor" or something similar) Its an absolute monster -weighs a tonne. But it's fantastic - nearly sooks the carpet off the floor, but grubby looking cream carpet as good as new! Does anyone know if that kind is available anywhere in the town?
