Also wanted local craftsmen / carpenters.
Also for anybody who makes for us good contac to private owners who wants to sell land we will pay an interesting fee (depending on success).
Alternativ interested in islands or historic buildings. Historic bulidings to buy or as a lifetime lease when we organise the refurbishing.

Is the piece of land to build a house on or just for access to the sea?

I see in the paper that Little Cumbrae is for sale. Very tempted, if I'd won the lottery or something.
